The reception is open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Christophe Tain and his team will answer your questions in French and English. We offer helpful advice and can provide helpful addresses. You can take advantage of a wake-up service, document printing, and tourist information.

If you wish to arrive earlier or leave after checking out, we offer luggage storage during reception hours. To use this service outside of these hours, please contact us.
